2016 will be the year you discover the new yourself

Sairam friends,

I could not sleep last night as some guys around were shouting at night as they were celebrating new year. I lit a lamp and sat in front of Shirdi Saibaba statue in my room at around 1 o clock. I was searching for some books to read. Years back, I bought a book about Bannari Amman when I had been there. I read some stories of this Goddess Bannari Amman and felt good. Then, I slept off remembering Sai and the Goddess. I had few dreams especially the one in which I saw a famous director who also carries the name of Lord Shiva. It was as if he was sleeping in one of my Mom’s village in a very simple hut with standing all difficulties as he was filming there. Yesterday, I thought to myself why I din’t become a filmmaker as I desired? Probably, the dream tells something which I can’t understand.

I go to Nagasai Mandhir in Coimbatore when ever I find time after office but I try my best to avoid taking photos or even posting the photos of Nagasai in StarSai. This is because I don’t want anyone to associate me with StarSai if they find me in temple. I want to be there without anyone knowing that I go to this beautiful Saibaba temple because Sai told me that its like my school. I have learned a lot in my life by spending time there.

Further, I get really irritated when some devotees write me they came to Coimbatore and searched for me in the temple as I always write about the Dwarakamai and Dhuni here. Some managed to get my number from my friends and called up. So though I love Nagasai immensely, I kept him silently in my heart. ( The only way I prefer people reach me is by writing a mail to me)

Today, I was searching for a good photo to post for New year. None of you are sending me photos regularly though you take Sai photos of pooja place in your house and I am also not properly using the photos being sent.Many weeks back a devotee had sent photo of NagaSai which I avoided posting. Today, Sai led me to this picture. May be, he wants me to show my gratitude to this divine temple in the beginning of this New year.

I mostly spend my time in Dwarakamai but when ever I go inside to main hall, I stand near the window, look at this Baba’s painting for few minutes as long as I wish and remember Sai deeply. At times I tell him

“Sai, You are my heart. You are my soul”

I am pretty sure a professional artist did not do this painting. All good art comes by grace of Sai.

Anyway, Instead of simply writing “Happy New Year”. I wanted to spread a positive message to my Sai friends. I can simply write something like “This year will bring you all happiness and prosperity in life”. I really wish it happens but nothing is in our hands.So what really is in our control?

Its Yourself!

There might be some negatives or bad habit in us. We might be doing some small mistakes. We never know how we can change your life if only we change our thought process and some of our nature.

So I wish…

I am sure all of us has a better part in us. We just don’t want to show that good part because of so many reasons. We all can be 100 times more good, sweat and kind than how we are today. Let us try to change our mind set, become better human being and lead a beautiful life.
