There are many people who need a better job even if they are paid too little

I have listened to few people telling they wanted to create more jobs and make it a goal of their life. I did not understood what they actually meant because they only mean making more money with their business hiring more people.

I always wanted to do things on my own but never believed in hiring people to work for me. When ever I go to recruitment to colleges, I take time to speak to freshers there. Some of them asked if I have a website dedicated to help people trying to find a job as they liked my guidance. I told them, I was working on it but did not launch it yet.

I agree getting paid too less is not a good thing but there are many people who don’t even earn that much. For some people, 5000Rs to 10,000Rs is too little and everyone wants a super cool job in a big MNC. I appreciate your goal but are there so many openings in these companies? They can’t hire you even if you deserve the job because of so many reasons.

I always tell these guys and girls to start some where. The other day, a girl who has completed her P.G, left an walk in interview since they heared that her salary would be less according to her.

The bad trend in the past 15 years in India is about how much people give importance to speak proudly that their son/daughter got a high paying job. This really hurts youngsters who are not placed in these companies and naturally, they seek employment in the same big organizations. I see guys who completed their B.Tech before couple of years have still not started working for someone, some where. My own personal example of being a freelancer for years did not help me much since I was doing things on my own.

Its OK even if you wanted to be a freelancer or entrepreneur but if you get a small job or opportunity with a salary you can speak proudly about. Just see what you gain from this job and accept it. Do not commit much like a bond or surrendering your certificates and take your own decision based on the opportunity you get. All I request is kindly don’t see any job as too low for your standards.

There are people who left high paying jobs too.

I wanted to create small jobs. The one where I can pay too little which I can afford but which will help people learn some thing. As long as they don’t have a better job, they can continue with what I do. This is one among several plans I have and I know Sai will help me work on it. I don’t have money to invest on things I desire but I have hope. There must be some way to create a platform and Sai might help me work on it.

Sai baba never wanted anyone to be worried that they are payed too less. Sai wants you to learn and grow ahead in your life. Please don’t be idle. Learn something everyday.

Kindly don’t hype high paying jobs too much in a society where millions of graduates are jobless.

Let there be more jobs and let the knowledge spread.

Someday, we will have many good companies created from this country by people who started their career with a low salaries.

I experimented with few concepts and realized even people who are already working are looking for better jobs and they are ready to work for less. This means, people keep seeking some good opportunity in life by working in a small company.

Please have this as a rule.

You only gain some knowledge or at-least some human interaction if you accept a small job. There’s nothing to loose in life as long as you are in control of your destiny. Someday, you will achieve your goal.

Note – Getting lots of work from someone and paying them too less is not right too. If you own a business, please consider this.
