In 2006, When my friend and myself were on our way back in bus from Shirdi to Mumbai, I found some youngsters in seats around us who had come to Shirdi with their friends. They were seated as pai. After a while, we felt really uncomfortable as they were behaving too bad that anyone could realize their intention wasn’t to come to pilgrimage.
After I reached Mumbai, I told this to one of my friend. He said
“The society has become so cosmopolitan that you can’t go and shout at these people in public place. They feel its their own life and we must not mind it”
It happens in any pilgrimage spot. You can easily tell your parents you are going to temple and do what ever you wish. None is gonna question you. Even Saibaba won’t immediately punish you because according to me, the whole world is Shirdi. If you behave properly in Shirdi, come out and do some non-sense, that too hurts Saibaba.
The point is, many who write me about their relationship issues doesn’t realize that its important to chop off their body consciousness. I am writing this article after series of dreams from Saibaba. I told Sai, its sensitive issue and so give me some time to put it right. Today, I again got a dream and felt its better to express it.
Give up lust completely so that you will realize how good you are
Many people don’t understand in India is that we are not that cultural anymore. We are westernized. Our society has changed but we are not accepting the reality. I tried to convey a message that you must not see bad stuff on the internet.
I know even girls you suddenly mail me saying, I saw some stuff on my mobile as someone sent a video. Do you think Sai is angry with me?
Well. He isn’t. That’s not what saint does.
Sai lets you decide what you want in life. You won’t change unless you have experiences to realize its not right for you.I am not against any bad habits. You have freedom to what ever you wish. But as years pass on, you will have experiences that makes you realize you must have lived a better life in past. As long as you don’t hurt anyone, you are good but when your mind is cluttered with lust, you harm yourself. You harm the better version of “YOU”. Don’t you think Sai wants his children to be good in everything they are and go.
I just want you to realize that you will become a better human being, more lovable and caring if you are pure
When you call yourself as a Sai devotee, you are actually living in Sai’s school. You are his student. This Sai is a very unique teacher. He won’t preach. He has no teachings. He guards each and every one of his student personally. He won’t mind if you do mistake but he is hurt when you repeatedly do mistake. So try to see the greater version of yourself by being pure.
Sai asks a devotee to imagine that dried cow dung is arranged and his body is being burnt
When I say Burn yourself, do not take the direct sense.
Once, a devotee comes to Sai and worries about his mind not being at rest. Baba tells him. Look at your own form. Arrange dried cow dung in a place, lay down there and see your body burning in fire.
Do you understand what Baba means?
Sai wants him to give up his lust. Its the same for both men and women. You can burn yourself in reality but that’s easy. Burning your lust and your desire alone can make yourself pure.
There’s another incident in Sai’s life time.
Once Tarkads wife and himself comes to Baba in Dwarakamai. Baba asks Tarkads wife “Give me 6 Rupees as Dakshina”
She was worried as she did not had so much money with her.
Her husband immediately said
“By 6 rupees Baba actually means your 6 sensory feelings like greediness, lust etc which has to be offered in Sai’s holy feet”
So give up your bad qualities, thoughts and habits to Sai’s holy feet.
When ever Baba hints me to write an article, I immediately work on it. This time, I had to wait until Sai hinted me to write about this topic for the past one month. Most of the relationships fail because of money, status, caste issues and lust.
Many girls write me saying their husband left them and they are single. Let me clarify this. I don’t have any words to heal you. I don’t want women who sit and cry. I want to create men and women who are ready to move on with their life no matter what pain they face.
Keep moving,
Keep a check on your thought process. Its OK to desire a Man or a Women but make sure you also realize that the moment you burn your lust, you are giving birth to true love.
