Why practical devotion helps?
Last night while I was roaming around in Nagasai mandhir, Coimbatore, my Sister’s daughter messaged me. She’s in 11th Grade and preparing for her university in a year now. She asked when would the saturn influence of 7.5 years begin for her as she’s scared. I told her that Lord Saneeshwar can also give good experiences and not necessarily sufferings. The Lord gives experiences to make us as a better human being and she agreed to it.
Later, I was near Dwarakamai and made a video and sent to her. I assume my neice is worried about some bad phase in her imagination. So, I made below video for Sai devotees who are worried about bad phases in their life.
It could be due to your horoscope or you met an astrologer who communicated the same to you. I want you to work hard, be pure and focus on your work. That’s the practical side of handling any bad phases in life.
The devotion side includes, visiting any temple, reading Sai Satcharita and also listening to aarti etc. I usually request devotees to light lamp in a temple. Its strange how I used girls visiting Saibaba temple here in Coimbatore to light lamps in the temple. Nowadays, I stopped saying this because I feel girls might misuderstand that but many who are close to know that I love lighting lamps.
My favourite way of expressing devotion is to chant Sai’s holy name. When I was in Mumbai, I remember chanting “Sai,Sai,Sai” even for 10,000 times in a days in-between my work. Those are beautiful days and beautiful days when my Appa was alive won’t come back.
My life has always been full of struggles but I managed to sail through and so will you.
