Mesmerized with the presence of Sai in my heart

Sairam friends,

This evening, I went to Shirdi Saibaba temple in my hometown with my friend from work place. We had good darshan and has prasad. Some of my temple friends were cleaning holy Dhuni of Saibaba. They asked me to get down the dhuni tank and clean it. I got down the hot Dhuni tank, stood over heap of Ashes (UDI) which was collected previously, used the iron rod and wiped away the fresh, hot Udi.

I was shouting with devotion – Nagasai, Baba..Where are you?…I loved it…My friends are taking care of dhuni now a days and they do it sincerely. I get opportunity to clean dhuni very rarely. So today, I enjoyed it so much. The smoke was heavy and I breathed them all. One aunty who regularly comes to temple for several years has seen me cleaning Dhuni. She never spoke to me before.

Today,She came near me and told “Please wear a mask on your face” . I replied” I like to remain without mask”. She told me “I get scared when you are into the Dhuni tank with all this smoke”. May be I would have replied her much more politely. Somehow, since I was busy cleaning dhuni and breathing heavily, I could not thank her for the care she showed on me. I considered it as Sai’s care.

Well. to me, its a blessing. Its a gift.

I enjoyed wiping hot ashes and remaining in the smoke. I will write about the whole experience later friends.

I came home and fastly came into my room because I don’t want parents to see my shirt full of ashes. I took bath, had dinner and now wish to remember Sai deeply.

As of now, I am mesmerized with the presence of Sai in my heart.
