Yesterday as I went to work, they were catching rats. I have seen Rats once in a while and wondered how they can manage to survive in buildings where getting food isn’t easy. Rats has helped human race as scientists use Rats to do experiments and thus we get live saving drugs.
I was joking that there are 25 Rats in the meeting room discussing that there’s a threat for their community in this office and the leader will be trying to decide if they can remain in the same floor or move on to other buildings. If someone opens the Meeting room door, the rats will shout “We are in a call. Come later”…he he….
Spirituality talking, I consider Rats as blessing of Karni Mata – The women saint in Rajasthan who lived before 600 years. At the same time, spirituality is all about keeping our home and where ever we live clean. So its good they cleaned it.
Rats are harmless but I know people telling stories of short circuit and resulting fire caused by Rats biting electric wires. When the men were catching rats, they shouted “ki…kii” and I felt bad about it. But its good to keep our place clean. In the next few years, we will have many human – Animal interaction and have to help animals find a safe environment to live.
Elephants are not able to get enough food and water in forest and coming into villages. As human population keeps increasing, I wonder where these innocent animals and birds are going to find a safe place for themselves. After all Rat catching event was over, I told my friend that all the Animals are angry on us humans as we are dominating them where ever they go.
Sai made the Rats disappear without us harming them:
Few month back a Big Rat was making holes near the coconut tree and other plants. My Mom was really worried about it as Rat must not come into home. They kept a sticker to catch the rat but my parents were also concerned and felt why should the Rat die? I also prayed Saibaba, please let the Rats not disturb us anymore.
Few days later I had a dream as below..
A Big Rat was coming to the small temple in our home and showing Incense sticks ( Agarbathi) to Ganesha, Sai and Hanuman. Then it runs away.
Surprisingly, from that day the Rats never made holes and never disturbed us.
Mom says there’s still another Rat around the house and I hope it goes away without disturbing us and we also don’t want to harm them.

Zolan was born on August 11, 1937 and is a fifth generation artist. He started to draw and paint at an early age of 3 years and till the age of 8 years he completed his first oil painting.

I won’t be doing such beautiful painting even if I learn to paint but I wish this beautiful master pieces inspires everyone and makes your day.
Last night I slept remembering Goddess Saraswathi. I believe Saraswathi wants us to keep us pure and clean. I was not blessed with any dream. So I was upset but its like that. Sometimes, I feel why I am so devoted to Gods who never say anything to me.
Sometimes, We only have to survive believing our life will be good. I simply write something in StarSai which you might find irrelevant . That’s life. I write what ever I come across. As I told you, Its like a Story.
Everyone of us have something to learn and experience each day. We just don’t remember them in the long run. So keep writing because in future, you will realize that you have lived an enriching life.
