An Ordinary Indian’s dream and my friends Shirdi Visit

Sairam friends,

This weekend has been really productive as I implemented some of my projects finally. From now on, Its not just blabbering in StarSai that I wanted to do something for Indian Education system but I have taken first step to practically reach out to students and professionals.

Today, Schools and colleges have become very expensive. Having said that, Indian parents are considering it as a necessarily expense. I enjoy my current workplace but at times, I wonder if this is all I could do in my life? So I have option to focus on my projects full time if Sai blesses me with an opportunity to make it commercially viable.

Instead of being a fault finder that education has become expensive, I wish to embed few program that will add value to the students. Today, I had been to an IIT awareness event. It was informative but the school which charges 2 Lakh a year may not be a choice for a country with majority of middle class families. I wondered why every school cannot provide such programs in a smaller scale? Even if they don’t get into IIT, every Indian child deserves education that inspires him/her to learn Science and Technology with passion. As a matter of fact there are only 9500 plus seats available for IIT for which lakhs of students compete.

My concern not about guiding IIT and IIM aspirants or any other streams for that matter.

I would like to see a system where students love Science, Technology and any stream of their choice rather than simply learning for exam sake.

My sister could not manage to get a seat for Medicine and she only did her B.Sc. Bio Chemistry in a very average local college. Then, she went on to do her M.S and then Phd in Germany. She’s now a research scientist because she had continuous education where as I hated education. I did not realize that I will be benefited by what I learn.

I believe both parents and students in India does not realize the fact that they can achieve anything in life even if they can’t get the best. Continuous learning plays a big role in shaping career.

Students also go through lots of stress because of the high expectation parents have on them just because they pay high fee. Students who end up in a very average Engineering college does not get what they deserve but this is honestly possible if little efforts are taken.

Anyway, Apart from the quality of education, one’s character and nature needs to be good. If your Son or Daughter are disciplined, even if they have failed in everything they try, be happy because they are good at heart.

I also had another Startup event in a college which I purposely avoided as one of my organizations top man was a judge of the same. I felt better not to show anyone that I am roaming around doing something else during weekends. I wished to be there since that’s where I did my Vis.Comm and it would have been like reviving my past memories.

Wish, I could meet a Venture Capitalist and get some funding so that I can focus on my projects full time. The problem with someone ordinary like me trying to make a change is that I hardly get time to work on it having a full time job which feeds me. I cannot survive without it. On the other hand, the problem with getting money from an investor makes us responsible for turning the company into a profitable one which may or may not happen in my case. So as of now, I shall keep it as my hobby. A little dream of mine.

So let’s see how Saibaba guides me.

My friends Shirdi Visit

After a long time, I am showing you some good photos of Shirdi. My friend Appu had been to Shirdi from Pune and called up last Friday. I requested her to take as many photos as possible. She told me that securities will be there but I told her, “Just take photos outside Dwarakamai and in the shops and Shirdi Streets.”.

Many of you go to Shirdi but none are sending me Photos. Think about Devotees who are missing Shirdi Darshan. They might live too far from Shirdi and may not even have enough money and time to go there. So when we post these photos, they feel Saibaba’s presence near them.

So here are the Shirdi Photos !  Apologies to devotees who appear on the pictures. Hope I am not bothering their privacy. I can’t help it. Sairam.

During his early days in Shirdi, At times, Saibaba used to stay here in a platform below Hanuman’s sacred Statue.

Shirdi Streets

Shirdi Soil is very sacred for Baba touched them with his holy feet. I requested my friend to take Streets in Shirdi since I love to see them. After 10 years, these streets will be changed and hence we must keep record of all memories of Shirdi.

Appu also sent a selfie of her self and her Mom and Bro. She was beautiful and I told her she fulfills all my requests (like taking photos during her Shirdi trip) accept marrying me. He he… On the other hand, Do I really like her? I just know her. I feel its better to marry someone I know personally though life taught me not to bother anyone. I am supposed to be calm as of now.

She told its because we live in 2 States. I replied, Its OK. Sai will take care of me and I will meet someone in Coimbatore.

Now, I am going to Saibaba temple in my hometown.

I feel like going back in time machine of my life since I am researching about Schools, Colleges and Job Market in India. Most guys of my age won’t have time for this. To me, its a matter of being true to Saibaba. I want to do more than writing about greatness of Sai while Sai is the one inspiring me to do it.

I hope Saibaba guides me to work on my projects.
