Sairam friends,
In the past few weeks, I had 4-5 dreams in which I saw as if I am in Chennai. Most of the time, it will be Thiruvanmiyur as my Uncles flat used to be near the ancient Shiva temple Marundheeswarar temple over there. I love Goddess Thiripurasundhari. You know the kind of fragrance in these ancient temples? Its so divine.
The first time Baba told a message in dream was after I visited this temple on a full moon day. I remember it was May 1st 2007. Everytime Sai says something in dream, I trust it with heart and soul. When reality isn’t in anyway related to dream also, Baba explains me the reason later through another dream. Just that the time between the first and second dream will be very painful and one must have immense patience to accept what ever Baba does.In 2007, I waited over 8 month for clarification.
I am pretty sure for my current situation too, I only have to wait few more days. Every single day I ask Baba to come in my dream and clarify why all this happened.
Two weeks back, I had another dream as if I see a road side shop which was like a temple. An old man asks me to offer Bilwa leaves ( Vilva in Tamil) to the little Shiv ling kept in the middle. I offer Bilwa leaves 9 times and then come around it for 9 times. Surprisingly, I see a photo of Jesus kept on the other side of Lord Shiva statue. Sai encourages us to follow our tradition and religion. Sai also shows Gods and Saints of other religion especially since he keeps reminding us that God is one.
Anyway, I always wonder why I see this purticular turn in dream. Its the turn from Thiruvanmiyur Bus stop to the ECR Road and leads some where near Marundheeswarar temple. May be since I had often walked in this area years back.
A dream as if my Editor has come to my home
Even if I visit Chennai, I will avoid meeting the frieds I had during my filmmaking days especially it will make me remember my past. My lost dream. This morning, I had a dream as if the Editor from whom I picked up all my editing skills comes to my home. He never taught me anything but I used to stand behind him from 9 in the morning until late evening and learned editing. I have done this for years and watched him edit so many Movies in several languages. Its a gift to learn an Art from someone who works for directors like Mani Ratnam and bagged over 7 National awards.
Now I saw his video on Youtube and found he has become very lean.
In the dream, he was a bit young as I saw him years back and came along with my friend Shiek. He gifts me something like a Diary. It could be a script too because my first 125 page bound script is read by him and I left in his editing room.
Its such a nostalgic feeling to see this Editor in dream and gifting me. Irrespective of all his achievements, he has always been down to Earth and kind to me. I asked Sai why you show Chennai in dream often and especially thanked Sai for dream of my Editor.
Apart from Filmmaking, there’s so much I learned from these people. They used to be very calm and composed during work and edit. I have never been calm at heart when ever I shoot. I will be tensed and shout at people. Wish I learn to act matured.
I am not sure why such dream is shown. I am totally out of all this and have no plans to go back to Chennai because I love Coimbatore.
Wonder why I often see myself in Chennai in dream.
