Sairam friends,
They say travelling makes someone better. If you are wondering why I keep writing about my experience in the U.S, I should say it transformed me a lot. Most importantly, my Sister has always been an inspiration to me by the way she’s passionate about her work.
I have spent over 8 years working in the same place especially since for my skill sets, I don’t have a better option in Coimbatore. Now, I realized that I am neither contributing much or learning anything. Further, I find the lead acting as if he jumped down from sky. One must show authority if they have knowledge. I don’t care for such idiots who knows nothing and speaks a lot.
I truly had a good time all these years! When I came back from Mumbai, I decided to live with my parents for lifetime and wanted to be there for them when they need me most. On several occasions, I was able to take care of my parents because of this job. So I never minded what ever way I was treated. I tolerated.
All the opportunities I get are either from Mumbai, Bangalore or Chennai. I really don’t wish to leave Coimbatore but I am ready for anything to happen. I have clarified that I need growth or I am OK even if they terminated me. So leme see what happens. I shall give myself few month’s of time.
Sometimes, we can’t think about our comfort and have to take hard decision. I also don’t like the culture in the place I work. So I better leave. I love my Ma and Pa so much. I can’t leave them alone in Coimbatore and they love to live only here. So I am yet to take decision. I pray Sai to show me a way.
I am not in hurry but loosing my patience.
I hate to be in a toxic environment. Its not taking me anywhere.
Sai, please show me a way
Please show a way to anyone who’s requesting you for a better career
Venkat
