Yesterday I went with my friend to find if I can get a New Mobile. I saw few guys working in the Mobile Shop and most of the time, I was only observing how these guys in the Shop work, the way they enjoy it etc. One guy got angry and went out of the shop and the other tried to convince him.
I liked one of the guy saying “Vanakam”. Probably, this one of the very few places where “Vanakam” exists in Tamilnadu and its good being used as a welcome gesture in a commercial space for if they know this gesture makes money for them, it will continue to survive for centuries to come.
There are few traditions in every culture around the world which is being followed by those people but only in India, Traditions are ignored. I am not speaking about the out ward gestures. What matters is one has to be human internally. My sister leads a very westernized life in U.S like many other Indians there. That doesn’t make her forget our culture. When one of her friend is sick and hospitalized, she takes food for them regularly. When her friends are tired, she invites them home and cooks for them.
We change the way we Greet, We change the way we behave, We changed the way we are and we changed our self. Someday, we will be a foreigner in our own land. Yenda indha scene podreeenga?
I was watching all this as I like to see and write about life of Ordinary people while my friend was looking at the Mobiles for me.
I told my friend, I shall get sometime later or repair this one only..he he….
Then I went to Shirdi Saibaba temple and was talking to my friends few minutes. I distributed Dhuni Baba prasad for few devotees and came back home.
Shirdi Sai Baba Unlimited
What Can I write about Shirdi Sai Baba every day which is not in Sai Satcharitra? Every day, I try to do this only friends. I write about what I feel from bottom of my heart with life, Sai and all the Gods I love. So today, I had writers block. Oh God. I don’t have anything to write and I was too depressed also.
So not knowing what to write, I finally started writing and this is what writing is. You just have to start writing something and it flows like river. Good or bad, You can write something.
One of the things I have learned over the years is that we Sai devotees are limiting Sai baba. In various ways we Limit Sai’s way of working on our life.
I want this job only.
We Say baba, this is the girl/guy I wish to marry
The other day, a Sai devotee Lady mailed me, Pray Saibaba that I be blessed with a Baby Girl.
Well. You like a girl and I can pray for you but may be Sai wants to bless you with a Baby Boy.
There are so many such examples where we Limit the freedom we must give to our Guru to decide what’s good for our life. May be I too have controlled Saibaba with such rules and regulations. May be Sai would have helped me better if I din’t limit him in doing what he wants to do for me.
I myself have done my part of Limitations like this. Shirdi Sai Baba Speaks from Dwarakamai has few numbers where devotees comes to learn what Sai wants to tell them. Though I clearly wrote devotees must never depend on these Sai Answer books for every thing in life, I see many devotees have no where to get guidance than such Sai Answers. So they read it often with out realizing , I wrote only to motivate devotees and increase their Faith on Sai Baba.
I have no rights to limit the vast powers of this Saint who rules the Crores of Universe to few Numbers. If Sai wants me to remove it, I will be more than happy to remove it. There are few things that I do for welfare of Sai devotees but they must understand why I did it.

Every word I write in Star Sai is inspired by Sai himself friends. In 2007, One of my friend Preeti from Indore told me, She had a dream that she comes to Star Sai and reads ” Sai Unlimited”
I kept thinking what Saibaba means by this and these days I realized Sai wants me to write that he really is being controlled by his devotees. We are controlling Sai with our love and devotion too. Sai is a Saint who’s heart melts by the devotion of his bhakta’s and he is trying to do things just to make us Happy.
Let us surrender in the holy feet of Shirdi Sai Baba and pray him to bless us with what he knows is good for us.
Give your Guru the Freedom to make your life Better.
