What happened to me shouldn’t happen to anyone but that’s how the world works. Even when I was in a situation to quit my job which I had for 8 years, I knew its for good. Just that I could not digest the way I was treated.
The fact that all those 8 years, I have been so loyal to the company that I never had a resume or never once tried to move. It was really a good place personally to me since I was learning a lot. I had all the freedom I needed and I kept that freedom intact until the last day.
I am very choosy about what ever I do in life. I was worried, depressed and upset but did not desperately try for job. Sometimes, when your time isn’t good, stay calm. Don’t panic.
Its strange when I say that I write to any Company seeking job only based on Sai dream. The whole world will call me a fool but trust me that’s why I am like this.
To me, Sai’s dreams are his assurances. My words might fail but Sai’s words and assurances will never fail
And dreams always won’t be direct. Sometimes, Its hard to interpret what Saibaba is trying to convey.
Thankfully, On Wednesday, I got dream of Lord Murugan, went for a meeting, got call from the CEO and today, had another meeting. I am yet to receive papers but verbally, they confirmed my job.
In my previous company, they never let me do anything I wish atleast when it comes to Sales and Marketing. Here, they want me to take initiatives, groom the team and promote the product.
And there’s a list of issues to face…
Have to manage people.
Convince management that I am helping them grow and honestly work for it.
Have to adjust their culture.
During the meeting I was told that I have been in previous company for 8 years and he started with a But…
I immidiately told him that I myself see it as a 3 to 6 month engagement because this job is target oriented. I told him, if you are not satisfied with my work, just let me know 3 month earlier.
To me, no job is a permanent journey and I will have this as principle for rest of my life. My experience made me realize Sai will make sure I survive but there’s no value for loyalty in the corporate world.
Sai keeps showing people in my previous company in dream.
It irritates me but may be, that’s always in my mind because I shouldn’t ignore what Sai says.
I am writing this before I get any papers signed for new job. So may be, there might be a twist in that too. You never know.
More than the fact that I did not had job, my primary concern was if I will be pushed to a situation where I should leave Coimbatore to search for a better job.
It takes patience and guts to sit in home without applying for jobs and focusing on my Startups which doesn’t have any revenue.
Most youngster’s work for money but I have always believed in “Work” alone. Money certainly is a motivation but I promoted some companies just because I wanted to build relationship.
So please do something you love in life without expecting money instantly. I did felt painful that none payed me or payed very little for my Startup but today, I landed in a job showing what I have done.
So do not take any work which does not earn you big money as inferior. Someday, it might make people believe in your skills and save you.
OK. Now that I have a job, am I completely happy?
Not really because this is not my destination.
I wish to create a platform where I inspire youngster’s to learn and grow ahead in their Career.
Saibaba has clearly told me my life will be good only if I do Ph.d and this year also I missed the track because of worries and depression. This was also because of loosing my heart due to all these calamities.
Atleast by this year end, I should prepare and do something to begin my PhD. Honestly, I am not well learned to pass any entrance exam to get admission.
I also wish to satisfy Sai’s direction to me in October 2018 about a Startup.
I receive so many mails from Sai devotees that they face problems in their Career.
This is what I wish to convey
Your job may be your status symbol but never associate yourself with the job you do or money you earn. Be someone who is Polite, humble, lovable and strong willed that you can survive and come out of even the most painful situation.

I won’t mind even if I loose this job within the next 3-6 month or even in a week because I am internally strong. I am not loosing my life or good health. Its after all a job.
We should worry only when the whole economy in the country is bad because that way, we will loose all hope of getting an opportunity.
Secondly, please do little you could to help and guide people who don’t have a job. I don’t usually reply people worried about job as I can’t practically help them.
So ask yourself if you can practically help someone land in a job or find a good Career. If you can, please do it.
My package is little more than what I was earning before. I call it small job because it hurts me when I realize what a “Job” means to a man in this world.
Its after all a way to earn your living and when you don’t have a job, the whole universe looks at you as a looser.
So even if you are a rocket scientist, if your life is going to collapse without a job, you are still not safe enough.
My parents keeps asking me to save money. Well. Sounds like a good advice but I am not someone who lavishly spend money too. So why din’t I save?
The problem is, some people aren’t gifted and I am one among them. Well, I have gifts too. I have my Ma, Pa, Sister and Sai.
Now, don’t ask Saibaba why he did not help you with a job.None knows my story fully. After my graduation, I was into Film making, I was doing freelancing and also teaching Film editing. All this took me into a rough journey which took 12 years.
When people let me go from a job, I took it as another experience.
The reason Saibaba helps me is because I have patience. Immense patience and tolerance. I give rights to Sai to put me down because he is the one who can take me back to life.
After all, Sai helps everyone of you.
