Sairam friends,
Have you ever come across a situation where no matter how much your parents or friends show you the right path or help you take the right decision, you will only decide what’s wrong.
I have myself been like that for years in my past. I ignored every time my Sister advised me on various issues.
The past 3 month, I have been writing about the issues I faced at work and how I landed in a good job.
I also wrote about how I am emotionally thinking often about previous company though I am OK with the current job. There’s nothing special about the previous company. I don’t have many friends too. May be, I have gratitude towards them that I feel bad for their ignorance.
When I was looking for a job, I came across few organization’s and Startups reaching out to me for consulting work. Believe it or not, when ever I decided to extend my service for them, Sai will bless me with a dream about how much I will suffer if I work for these people.
Before the current job I am doing, I was trying for job in 2 other companies. They rejected me which made me wonder if I will ever get a job. Infact, I met one of this Startup founder and told him what has to be done to get better revenue etc.
When I did not get the job, I thought they will surely implement my ideas with someone better than me. Honestly not. So these people have never found value in what I suggested.
The same is happening in my previous organization. Their branding and marketing remains the same. Its actually zero or worse than that.
They have capital, infrastructure and can hire anyone from top management school or one who’s well experienced. But they won’t do it.
Its what I call as fate of an organization. Fate of a Nation. Fate of a place. Have you heard people telling that before 10 years nobody comes to this place? Now its getting crowded.
The reason could be multiple. For an individual, an organization, a place, a country – there will be something pre-written because of the people building it.
Unless these people change their mindset, nothing will change and they will remain dumb.
So if you are facing such a struggle in your life, please be open minded. Don’t stick to your own thought process. Learn a lot and break away from rules.
May be, someone’s advice or guidance could change your life for good. The same applies for an organization, a place or a country.
We should be open minded and listen to experts. We should learn what’s good for us and try to implement it.
Hope you understood why I started writing this article?
Sometimes, no matter how much Sai guides us, if we don’t use our thought process properly, we will never grow ahead in our life.
Om Sai Ram
